("Developer") uses the Baccarat brand name and certain related trademarks (collectively, the "trademarks") in connection with the sales and marketing of the residential units in the Project under an agreement with SCG. the license from Baccarat S.A. to SCG and the agreement between SCG and Developer may each be terminated or expire without renewal, in which case neither the residential units nor any part of the Project will be identified as a Baccarat Resort & Residences branded project or have any rights to use the trademarks.
Purchasers should be aware that all finish materials, appliances, options and upgrades are subject to change or substitution by the Developer at any time without prior notice.
